Hi Everyone, here’s a friendly note to say we will be updating the SkyBell firmware this evening. You may experience a brief moment of downtime. If you have a SkyBell that is currently synced and working normally, you will not need to do anything. If you are attempting to sync your device, please wait a few hours until we note that everything is working normally again.
This firmware will help fine-tune the motion sensor and allow for a new motion sensor feature which will be available in the next app update.
We have submitted a new Android build today that aims to fix a minor bug on a few Samsung models. It should be available soon.
