IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SkyBell Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has been named an International CES Innovations 2014 Design and Engineering Awards Honoree for the SkyBell™ Wi-Fi video doorbell. Products entered in this prestigious program are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, independent engineers and members of the trade media to honor outstanding design and engineering in cutting edge consumer electronics products across 29 product categories.
SkyBell is a smart Wi-Fi doorbell with video camera and motion sensor that allows users to answer their door from a mobile device no matter where they are or what they’re doing. “SkyBell is the culmination of a smart idea, cutting-edge technology and elegant design,” said Desiree Mejia, co-founder and CEO of SkyBell Technologies, Inc. “With exclusive features like a motion sensor and the ability to open the live camera feed at any time, SkyBell is a truly smart device that gives users a whole new level of control over their front door. We are honored and grateful to be recognized as an Innovation and Design Honoree.”
The prestigious Innovations Design and Engineering Awards are sponsored by Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)®, the producer of International CES, the global gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer technology, and have been recognizing achievements in product design and engineering since 1976.
