Device Was Purchased Directly From SkyBell:

SkyBell offers a 30-day money-back return policy for customers located in the United States. If you purchased your SkyBell from us directly, you can return your device within 30 days of shipment for a refund. All returns are normally processed within 7-10 business days.

• To initiate a return please send an email to support@skybell.com.
• Please be prepared to send Proof-of-Purchase / Receipts

Device Was Purchased Through a 3rd Party:

If you purchased the SkyBell device from a reseller, you are subject to their return policy and we cannot accept any returns from them. You will need to contact the reseller you purchased the SkyBell from to initiate the return/exchange.
